OnDemand Rentals, LLC — Greenville, South Carolina
This Agreement is made and entered into between OnDemand Rentals, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company represented by Sunni Drummond, Greenville, South Carolina (the "Owner"); and the renter identified at signing (the "Renter").
Vehicle, VIN, license plate, odometer reading at pickup, and mileage limit (including any excess mileage fee) are recorded at the time of signing.
Rental start/end dates, times, and pickup/return location are confirmed at signing. A $40.00 flat fee applies to any approved delivery or drop-off service.
This vehicle is authorized for operation within Upstate South Carolina jurisdictions ONLY. If the vehicle is driven outside of Upstate South Carolina and breaks down, becomes disabled, or requires towing, ALL related costs and recovery charges are the sole responsibility of the Renter. The security deposit shall be immediately and permanently forfeited.
The rental rate and security deposit amount are confirmed at signing. The security deposit is refundable, less any amounts owed for damages, fuel, cleaning, or late return fees.
ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE ARE 100% THE RENTER'S FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. If a security deposit was paid, it will be forfeited in the event of any damage. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for all repair costs, labor, loss of use, and diminished value.
Owner covers mechanical failures within the Upstate jurisdiction resulting from normal wear. Renter is 100% responsible for flat tires, punctures, blowouts, and tire replacements.
The vehicle may NOT be used for illegal purposes, DUI, racing, towing, or operation by unauthorized drivers. All authorized drivers must be listed at signing.
Renter must maintain active liability and collision insurance. If coverage is denied, Renter remains fully responsible for all damages and costs.
Grace Period: Owner provides a 30-minute grace period on returns. After 30 minutes, the deposit is forfeited. After 1 hour of no communication, the vehicle is reported STOLEN.
No Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the vehicle. Evidence of smoking or burn holes results in permanent deposit forfeiture plus a $250.00 cleaning fee.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Greenville County, SC.
By signing the printed contract, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.
